Bryan has come close to having a paint brush embedded in his head a couple times lately. It has become very clear that the two of us will never dive into an actual fixer-upper! Just doing this updating is stressful enough.
We do have some very excellent news - for the first time in 3.5 years, we are a two car family!!! Huge thanks to Dad and Patty, who are zipping around in their new car (we got their old car which is in fabulous condition.) It's tough getting used to the new car though as everything is in a different spot. I was beeping at everyone on I-65 while attempting to put on the cruise control!
So as for the house, one bedroom is primed and the other is half primed (please note the first paragraph for reasoning on why it's not all done.) Bryan has to work late tonight, so we won't get to finish priming. I am gonna take the kids to Home Depot to pick out their colors though, so progress will be made!!!
Have I mentioned that sleeping on the air mattress is getting kinda old?

Have fun with the kids... it should be a treat to see them selecting the colors from the paint cards!
